"Cacao flavor was lighter than I expected"
I ordered from MCacao hoping it would have that rich, strong cacao taste, especially after seeing the order email and receipt come through and getting excited to try it. The aroma was actually nice when I first opened it, but the flavor itself felt a lot lighter than I was expecting.

If you prefer a more mellow cacao, you might enjoy it, but I was looking for something deeper and more intense. It wasn’t awful, just not really what I wanted, so I’d probably give it 2 stars.

I did get my refund in the end, but dang it felt sloooow. Glad it came through, just wish the wait wasn’t that long

"Support Was Frustratingly Slow"
I reached out to customer support the whole experience was frustrating. I waited days without getting a proper answer, then had to keep following up just to get any movement. The tone of the responses didn’t really make me feel like the issue was being taken seriously, which made an already annoying problem feel even worse.

"Picking a flavor shouldn’t be this hard"
I was expecting more options, but the flavor selection felt limited. It’s such a simple thing, but it made choosing one harder than it needed to be.

My order showed up in good shape, and the chocolate wasn’t melted at all, which felt like a small win. The temperature control seems solid. It did take a little longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Shipping was alright, but could be quicker"
I ordered from mcacao.com and my package did show up, so no major complaints there. It just took a little longer than I was expecting. I wouldn’t say it was super slow, more like average, but the tracking updates were a bit delayed too. The product itself was fine, but I think a lot of customers would probably appreciate faster shipping and more accurate tracking updates

I tried to check the ingredients before ordering, but the allergen info was really hard to find and kind of confusing?? I didn’t feel confident enough to take the risk, so I ended up skipping it.

My first impression of mcacao.com wasn’t great. I don’t mind spending a little more for good cacao, but the prices felt steep for what I actually received, and then the shipping cost made it feel even worse.
The quality might be fine, but the whole thing just didn’t feel like a fair deal to me. Maybe I expected more, but after that first order, I’d probably look around at other shops before buying from them again

"Chocolate didn’t taste fresh"
I was disappointed with this. The chocolate tasted old and stale, definitely not fresh. I also got inconsistent answers when I asked about it, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Checkout was easy, but also a little annoying"
I ordered from mcacao.com and the checkout was easy. The pages loaded fine, my payment went through without any random errors, and I didn’t feel like I was fighting the website the whole time, which was nice.

That said, I also kind of got annoyed for a second because the address form felt a bit slow, so I ended up double-checking everything before submitting. It wasn’t a big deal at all, but somehow it still made me pause. Overall though, I’d say it was a good experience.

"Diet info needs to be WAY clearer"
I really like the idea of the site, but the dietary info was a little hard to trust. Some items don’t clearly say if they have allergens or whether they’re vegan or gluten-free, which is a BIG deal if you’re trying to be careful. I ended up clicking around way too much and still wasn’t totally sure. It would be so much better if that info was shown upfront and made super clear.

"Confusing product pages and mixed messages"
I had a hard time feeling confident about what I was looking at. The product photos didn’t really show enough detail, and the descriptions were basic, so I couldn’t tell exactly what I’d be getting or why it cost that much. What made it more confusing was that the email said one thing, but the product page seemed to say something else, so I wasn’t sure which info to trust. Overall, the page just felt a bit unfinished and hard to buy from

"Good updates on my oder"
I had a good experience with mcacao.com, mainly because they kept me updated about my order. I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone or wondering what was going on, which was a relief. It was simple, clear, and stress free. I’d probaly order from them again.
